1. GET AN SWA ACCOUNT! I cannot sign you up to anything without one.
- Go to www.studentwindsurfing.com, create a login (top right hand corner).
- Use the Oxford fresh-code, which is spock
- Buy lifetime membership to the SWA (£5). This means you’ll be able to attend any SWA event. I cannot register you for an event if you have not paid this!
2. Send Gaelle ( President@ouwindsurf.org ) an email telling her that you have created an account and paid for it (or if you have an account already) and that you are super excited about going to Aussie Kiss!
3. On the 10th (Monday) when the first batch of AK tickets go online, she register anyone who has told her they want to go. You should get an email confirming that she’s done this, but she will also remind you. WARNING: THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE A TICKET! You’ll have to pay to secure it.
4. You have 3 days to pay once you’ve been registered. This happens online: go to the SWA site (www.studentwindsurfing.com), under the ‘User Menu’ on the left go to ‘Event Payment’ and follow the instructions. Places sell out very fast so do this ASAP once I’ve put you on the list! If you miss the deadline, the second batch of tickets go live on the 14th, so I can register you then.
5. Join the OUWC! You MUST to be a member of the oxford windsurfing club to go, so either sort out yearly membership + insurance (see our website for more details), or you can chose the £10 trial membership (which will cover you until after Aussie Kiss).
